Nice skies but hot temps

The skies have been providing some lovely morning visuals but it's still too hot around here! Upper 80s! Fall arrived, but failed to bring cooler temps!

Red sky in morning, sailor's warning...

Once the sun is fully up, the Herons are visible.

beautiful pictures today. We finally got some cooler weather today. It is heavenly. I feel like my brain has been dormant. The lights came on briefly. So it does looks like someone is home. :)

Hi from me--Marion! Do you have 3 daughters? If so, I do too!

I love the picture of the great blue heron. I remember camping in Canada on the river shore and waking up to see a heron right by me!

Absolutely incredible, mind boggling beauty today when I visit. That last photo of the heron just blew me away.

Ya, it's still 'HOT' here too, but the mornings are finally cooling down a bit...just when the sun comes up and begins to heat the day.

Beautiful pics! I love the herons. It was hot here, until it suddenly got cold... Then hot again! It's crazy, I want my fall weather.

Oh my gosh....that heron in flight just above the water surface is outstanding. And beautiful skies. We've only had gray, drizzly skies the last two days. And temps in the low 40s high 30s at the a.m.!!!

Right now, I could go for the rainy days with 70 or 80 degrees. LOL
